Full Instruction

If your student needs to sign up and complete the teen online training program as well as behind-the-wheel instruction, here are the details for signing up:

1) Bring a copy of your state-issued temporary permit to the Site Coordinator, Mr. Egan, in room 123 in order to get a copy of the parent documents.

2) Complete the parent documents and return them to the Site Coordinator.  Please be aware that the parent who completes the documents MUST be the same parent who completes all aspects of the driver's education course and assessment on the student's behalf and that all documentation matches.

3) Create an account on the payment portal. While the portal will accept checks or credit cards, credit cards are the preferred form of payment as there is less wait time to start the next step of the program.

4) To get started, Make an initial deposit of $100 in the payment portal. You can also make a full payment of $350 for the entire program at this time.

5) The Site Coordinator will create an ACEABLE account for the student.  The student will then complete the ACEABLE coursework and give the completion certificate to the Site Coordinator. The ACEABLE teen online training program consists of 24 hours of training that must be completed within six months.

6) If you didn't make full payment initially, please make a final payment of $250 in the payment portal before scheduling.

7) Schedule and complete Behind-the-Wheel driving with a driving instructor. Please check with the Site Coordinator for availability, and keep in mind that this will require a total of 8 hours of instruction.

8) Receive the completion certificate, which is then taken to the BMV, in order to take the final driving assessment.

If you have any additional program questions not answered here, please contact the Site Coordinator, Mr. Egan, or call the high school office at (740) 725-5800.
