Research Resources
Have a research project due and don't know where to start?
Research is a process that includes multiple steps. You have to find and narrow your topic. Then you must decide what information you may need and where to find it. Once you have located information you need to read it, and decide what information to keep and use, what to quote, and what you can ignore. Once you have your notes, it’s time to put it all together in your own words, synthesizing the facts. Finally, you should evaluate the process and the product, to determine if your research needs more work or revision.
